We are looking for a Global Key Account and Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expand our presence with key global clients. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our C&PC business and make a significant impact on an international scale.
As a vital member of our Health & Nutrition – Cosmetics, & Health Science team, you will:
Forge Strong Global Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key global clients, leading strategic account development and expansion across regions.
Drive New Business Growth: Identify and secure new accounts, promoting SGS's comprehensive service capabilities within strategic markets.
Lead Cross-Regional Projects: Oversee and manage complex global projects, ensuring seamless coordination with SGS market affiliates.
Contribute to Strategic Vision: Play a key role in the C&PC management team, identifying and assessing new business development opportunities that align with our strategic planning.
Be a Market Expert: Stay ahead of market trends and client needs, translating insights into actionable business strategies and concrete opportunities.
Collaborate & Influence: Work effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills to achieve objectives.

Extensive C&PC Industry Sales Experience: A minimum BS degree in a technical domain relevant to Cosmetics & Personal Care, coupled with a proven track record of driving significant sales and new account development in the industry.
Strategic Business Acumen & Impact: Outstanding business acumen and a deep technical understanding of C&PC testing services, enabling you to identify, assess, and capitalize on new opportunities, directly contributing to strategic planning and business growth.
Global Collaboration & Influence: Adept at mobilizing teams and fostering strong relationships with key global clients and internal stakeholders.
Proactive, Results-Driven Leadership: A self-starter with a "do-er" mindset, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to meeting client expectations and delivering results in a dynamic setting.
