· Allocation of reserves and management of payments up to the authorization limit.
· Supervision and coordination of external professionals involved in claims: lawyers, solicitors, experts, investigators.
· Out-of-court settlements.

· Personalized attention to brokers and major accounts (policyholders).
· Attendance at underwriting/claims meetings.
