- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and culinary teams to create compelling selling stories across the Upfield portfolio.
- Drive Upfield’s growth through data-driven decision-making.
- Develop tailored recipes and solutions, understanding customer needs in collaboration with executive chefs.

What Does It Take to Be Successful?
To be successful in this role, you should bring a minimum of two years of experience within the foodservice chains or CPUs channel in Spain. You have strong commercial and negotiation skills, ideally developed in a multinational food industry environment, and you demonstrate a true hunter mentality — eager to open new accounts while having the perseverance to nurture and grow existing partnerships. A background as a chef or strong knowledge of food technology will be highly valued, as this expertise will help you better understand and meet customer needs.
Being a true team player is essential. You will be part of one of the largest and most energetic Foodservice teams in Europe, but you must also be able to work independently and drive your own success. Adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills are key, as you will navigate an evolving and fast-paced environment where resilience and a proactive mindset make all the difference.
A network of key customer groups (Sodexo, Mcdonald's or similar) is considered a strong advantage. You must be a native Spanish speaker, and while not mandatory, English skills are a nice-to-have in this role. Above all, bringing a lot of positive energy, solid operational acumen, and a long-term vision will be critical to thriving and making an impact in this position.
