At Quintas Energy, we help accelerate the energy transition — and we are ready to move even faster. We are looking for a Commercial Manager to support and enhance our business development efforts across key markets.

This role offers the opportunity to participate in the full commercial cycle: from lead generation and client qualification to proposal development and deal closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of both established and emerging service lines.

This role is based in Seville but can involve frequent travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and proactively prospect new clients.
  • Pre-qualify leads and manage early-stage engagement.
  • Support the preparation of tailored commercial proposals.
  • Lead or contribute to service presentations (in Spanish or English).
  • Assist in the negotiation process alongside senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reporting and pipeline updates to the Head of Marketing & Commercial.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial efforts with strategic goals.
  • Represent Quintas Energy at industry events, conferences and trade fairs as needed.

Requisitos


  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or business development role.
  • English level B2 or higher (C1 preferred); Spanish is required.
  • Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes, especially in services or technical sectors.
