Job description
As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Construction Manager to join our Datacenter team in Spain.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will coordinate, manage, and supervise our construction projects, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints,
- Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
- Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors,
- Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
- Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
- Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.
Profile
With an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree, you have at least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Spanish and English.
Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Spain.
