Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Lead the Quality Assurance process for the region, ensuring all post-sales activities meet the highest standards of service.
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and validations to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate quality-related findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Design and implement best practices to enhance service quality, particularly for commercial lines of business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs that promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Operational Risk Controls:
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities to strengthen operational risk controls and quality tools.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to prioritize and execute changes that enhance quality in Operations and Underwriting.
AI-Driven Innovation:
- Champion the integration of AI tools and technologies to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Leverage in-house AI solutions to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of audits, reviews, and validations.
- Act as a thought leader in driving the adoption of AI within the function, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, regulatory compliance, and systems.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, and Power BI .
- Practical understanding of AI tools and their application in business processes (e.g., ChatGPT or similar technologies).
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Quality Management) are a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in quality assurance within the commercial insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial lines of business, product development, and claims management processes.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
