We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the accounting, financial, and tax operations of the company, enhancing the development of a financial, tax and operational strategy and the metrics tied to that strategy, and the on-going development and monitoring of management control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Your responsibilities
- Preparation and coordination of the financial statements for the group (SFT, SFM, SFA) according to the international regulations.
- Oversee and execute the Management control system: procedures, budgets, kpi, analytical accounting…
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the management team
- Participate in and monitor on the definition and implementation of strategic business plans
- Prepare and develop the financial and tax strategies of the group, together with the GM/CEO
- Report financial results to the General Manager, CEO and/or BoD (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Lead and execute the accounting, legal, tax, and treasury related tasks
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
- Represent the company with 3rd parties (banks, auditors, investors, advisors, etc.)
- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations
- Manage and control internal R&D projects (budget, planning, financial, tax)
- Control and preparation of related party transactions
- Implement operational best practices
- Training and development of the financial/accounting team
REQUIREMENTS
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree continuous training will be valued.
- You have a minimum 5 years of experience in financial management positions, auditing or equivalent business experience in industrial/technological SME’s in an international environment.
- Experience in controlling and partnering with an executive team.
- You provide demonstrated strong organizational skills, with the ability to independently prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Critical thinking, integrity, and people-centric leadership define your personal profile.
- You provide excellent verbal and written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
- You feel motivated to work in an international, technology-driven SME environment with strong growth potential.
