Customer Service Agent - Motor Assistance

AXA Partners, a member of the AXA Group, is a global leader in its sector and one of the world's largest assistance providers. We are currently seeking for a temporary Customer Service Agent to join our Motor International Business Unit in Barcelona.


What will you do?

Provide assistance and advice to Motor customers (Spanish abroad and foreigners in Spain) and partners worldwide. Exercise cost control and maintain awareness of insurance terms and conditions for Motor clients. Assess customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate and efficient Action Plans and Recommendations, including a wide range of services for Motor customers.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Call reception / Call forwarding.
  • Manage Assistance cases and requests .
  • Follow protocols set by the client and the management.
  • Application of the coverage contracted in each client company, and information on the same to the client.
  • Mission, assignment of the professionals necessary for the transfer of the vehicle and for the transfer of occupants.
  • Administrative tasks (ePangea, email, use templates to manage rental vehicles, hotels, taxis, ticket reservation).
  • Detail all the information in the file, reopening changes in the service ... etc.
  • Always follow the internal procedures and protocols marked.
  • Train and support new incorporations to transmit their knowledge and experience
  • Support other areas/departments in the Motor BL


Skills & Experience:

  • Native /Full professional fluency Spanish.
  • Professional English.
  • Other languages (French, German, etc..) will be plus.
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in customer services.
  • Internal / external customer orientation.
  • Teamwork.
  • Spirit of service.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • IT tools knowledge: Ability to use Excel, Powerpoint and Word to an intermediate level.
  • Capacity of Planning / Organization.
  • Willingness to learn and to adapt to change
