YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop.
THE JOURNEY
- Track courier performance and KPIs by analyzing historical operational metrics with a focus on company targets.
- Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
- Propose (be an enthusiast), track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries.
- Actively collaborate with other analysts in Glovo and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- Build robust relationships with Data Analysts in the ECA region acting as a strategic and supportive link between the HQ and local markets.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Minimum 1 year of experience outside of an academic and internship setting in a quantitative analysis role within start-ups, consulting firms, or large companies, ideally in Tech or FMCG
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering or any business or technological domain
- Excellent SQL and Excel/GoogleSheets skills
- Knowledge of visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker and/or PowerBI
- Passion about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and handle a fast-paced environment
- High motivation to contribute to a fast-growing startup
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Capability of executing tasks quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Great spoken and written English
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
