Role Purpose:
Join our team as a Digital Insurance Operations Associate, supporting digital projects and the insurance industry by testing platforms, identifying issues, and facilitating communication between project teams and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test digital platforms, report issues, and assist in prioritizing them.
- Develop test cases, create user guides, and support troubleshooting.
- Contribute to communication strategies and organize meetings.
- Support training sessions and data migration to new platforms.
- Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.
- Native/bilingual proficiency in German/Dutch/French/Italian is required.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Jira.
- Strong digital and computer literacy skills.
- Experience with IT platforms and quality control is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and an interest in the insurance market.
- Skills in active listening, attention to detail, business partnership, data analysis, multi-tasking, operational excellence, time management, and troubleshooting.
