Job description

Quintas Energy provides specialist back office and asset management services to investors in the renewable energy sector. Our understanding of renewable energy in the countries where we are active, combined with our unique engineering, accounting, legal, ICT, and advisory skillset, is at their service to create value through superior management and provide assurance through timely, accurate reporting.

A vacancy has arisen in our team for an Insurance Operations Support role, based in our Seville Office.


Tasks:

  • Management of key dates for renewals, and detailed records of claims and indemnities for several portfolios.

  • Working with finance teams to ensure premium payments are properly executed.

  • Assisting in the evaluation of issues and their viability against relevant insurance coverage.

  • Assisting in the preparation of insurance claims and all supporting information.

  • Detailed analysis of all information and reports relating to a claim.

  • Attending weekly calls for various clients, taking minutes, relaying relevant information to the team, and providing input from an insurance perspective as needed.

  • Supporting the insurance policy renewal process.

  • Managing and overseeing renewals of some corporate Quintas policies

Requirements

  • Relevant training or degree, preferably in Law.

  • Previous experience with insurance will be highly valued.

  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.

  • Ability to engage, converse, and be proactive with all relevant third parties regarding insurance policies and/or claims.

  • Excellent writing and overall communication skills.

  • Strong ability to provide practical responses and manage various tasks simultaneously.
