Role Description
This is a part-time role for an English Teacher on-site in Vigo at English Gym Vigo. The English Teacher will be responsible for offering classes for primarily children and possibly adult classes as well depending on experience. They will need to work with students with a range of levels, and foster a positive and engaging learning environment. The right candidate will have a passion for teaching English and experience with online teaching tools.
Qualifications
- English is you mother-tongue or you are Bilingual (C2 level of English) a plus.
- Minimum 2 year experience teaching English a plus.
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant teaching certification a plus.
- Experience with and access to remote teaching tools, such as Zoom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students of all levels and ages.
- Ability to follow and adapt engaging lesson plans and feedback through positive reinforcement.
- A passion for teaching and staying up-to-date with teaching trends and methodologies.
- Availability primarily in the afternoons between 16-19:30 approx.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.00€ per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
