Your mission
As a Enrollment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling qualified students to Schiller International University. You will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment and sales strategies to meet enrollment targets. This role requires a combination of interpersonal skills, marketing acumen, and a thorough understanding of the university's products, academic programs, as well as admission requirements.
Tasks and Responsabilities
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sales Strategies:
• Implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of leads and prospective students.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with academic goals and priorities.
• Play a key role in maintaining prospective students motivated until pay of tuition fee process
• Coordinate the process from lead generation up until the onboarding
Information Dissemination:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the university's academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life to prospective students and their families.
• Conduct information sessions, workshops, and presentations to guide students through the application process.
Application Process Support & Sales
• Assist prospective students in navigating the application process, including completing applications, submitting required documents, and understanding deadlines.
• Collaborate with admissions staff to ensure a smooth and efficient application review process for after acceptance sales process.
Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, prospective student interactions, and outreach efforts.
• Analyze data in Salesforce to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
Admissions Event Coordination
• Plan and coordinate admissions events, such as open day, campus tours, and orientation programs, to give prospective students an immersive experience of university life.
Collaboration with Marketing and Product
• Work closely with the marketing and Product team to develop promotional materials, social media campaigns, and other communication strategies to enhance the university's visibility.
Collaboration with Compliance:
• Work Closely with compliance to ensure that the right documents are submitted and take control over post acceptance action plans
Travel:
• Attend recruitment events locally, and internationally to expand the university's reach and attract a diverse student population.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of higher education policies, admission processes, and academic programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• 2 years of experience in recruitment, admissions, or a related field is an asset.
• Experience in Zoho and CRM tools
