Job Description
As Finance Manager & Controller you will be the area business partner of Corporate Finance function and the local finance business partner of the Area General Manager (“GM”) for EMEA South region and Latin America and Group FP&A function.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Steering
- Participate in defining and monitoring the BU’s strategic plan;
- Prepare executive committee meetings, performance reviews, and presentations for the Executive Committee (COMEX);
- Conduct market, competitor, and commercial performance analyses.
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Coordinate strategic projects (product launches, digital transformation, M&A, etc.) ;
- Monitor team roadmaps (tech, product, sales, marketing);
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Operational Support
- Budget construction and strategy;
- Pilot the P&L production;
- Manage the local Spanish Administration team in Madrid;
- Optimize internal processes (reporting, CRM, collaborative tools);
- Track the BU’s key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Directly manage certain topics (budget, HR, internal communication).
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the BU Director and the teams;
- Prepare internal and external communications;
Reporting and Financial & Operational KPIs Production
- ARR / PS Revenue / PS Gross Margin, etc;
- Drive KPI monitoring and ensure process compliance.
Qualifications
- Academic Background: Master’s degree (Bac+5) – Business school, Engineering school, or university with a specialization in Management, Strategy, or IT.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Proficiency in management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, CRM);
- Strong understanding of technical and business challenges in the software sector;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
- Natural leadership, diplomacy, and political acumen;
- Proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Discretion and loyalty;
- Fluency in English is required;
- Fluency in French is a plus.
