Your mission
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting key business functions, including acquisitions, project finance, asset sales, market research, and investment analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, financial modelling expertise, and a keen interest in renewable energy markets.
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions and sale of solar PV projects.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in structuring project finance transactions, including debt and equity financing, tax structures, and partnership arrangements.
- Perform due diligence and financial analysis to support asset acquisitions and sales.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within renewable energy and solar markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, business development, legal) and external stakeholders (banks, investors, advisors).
- Support negotiations and transactions related to the sale and purchase of solar PV assets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal financial tools, models, and processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, renewable energy finance, investment banking, or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and other financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of renewable energy markets, solar PV technologies, and project finance structures preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
