Cegid is looking for a Global Talent Development Manager, based in Madrid or Barcelona, to join Corinne Celli's Global Talent Development Team.
What will you achieve?
As Global Talent Development Manager, you will lead the design and deployment of high-impact talent, leadership, and management development strategies. You will shape Cegid’s internal mobility framework, build strong talent pipelines, and drive programs that empower our next generation of leaders—directly impacting our transformation and long-term success.
As a Global Talent Development Manager, you will:
- Drive key development processes, including talent identification, assessment, calibration, and succession planning to support current and future organizational needs,
- Collaborate with global counterparts, ensuring consistent global standards while tailoring solutions to local business requirements, including for M&A to ensure smooth integrations,
- Design, manage, and deliver high-impact development programs and immersive learning experiences for leaders, managers and Talent,
- Establish measurement frameworks to assess program effectiveness, learner impact, and ROI, using data to continuously improve outcomes,
- Refine and champion Cegid’s internal mobility strategy, building frameworks and tools that foster organizational agility and innovative career paths.
À propos de vous
- 20+ years’ experience in global Talent Management, Leadership Development, and transformation in international matrix organizations,
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying high-impact developmental programs and modernizing talent practices,
- Strong strategic thinker and business partner with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills,
- Innovative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and a positive “can-do” attitude,
- Savvy in digital and AI-powered development technologies,
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in international environments (Proficiency in French is a plus).
