Your Mission
The Digital Channels & Expansion team is responsible for two core areas:
Scaling digital countries already live with Teya (currently: Portugal, Italy, Spain);
Launching and expanding into new markets with a digital-first go-to-market approach.
As part of the team, you will play a central role in how we scale and optimise local performance while ensuring alignment with product, engineering, marketing, and operations. We are a team that thinks holistically, acts quickly, and aims to build with sustainability and replicability in mind.
The Growth Leader mission includes:
Own the performance of digital countries: drive customer acquisition, transaction volume and revenue growth.
Build and continuously improve the local offer, commercial pitch, customer journey and operational setup.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for digital-first and hybrid presence models.
Identify and develop high-leverage acquisition channels, including affiliate programmes, partnerships and outbound campaigns.
Act as the voice of the market in shaping product and engineering priorities.
Collaborate closely with central and local teams to ensure consistent brand and customer experience.
Your Story
A list of qualifications, skills and knowledge required to perform this role.A track record of driving commercial performance, preferably in a digital-led business or fintech;
Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution and a strong sense of ownership;
Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for action and the ability to operate with autonomy;
Experience with go-to-market strategy, business development and growth initiatives;
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform decisions;
Collaboration and communication abilities to work across multiple teams and stakeholders;
Fluency in English;
