As Head Marketing Specialty for SIR , you will maximize Biosimilar and specialty generics in SIR (e.g. diabetes / GLP-1) opportunity.
- Coordinate biosimilar marketing activities between Global and SIR countries
- Support countries in all (specialty) marketing activities, e.g. brand plans, materials creation (also with digital hub), local mktg activities
- Work with countries on next wave of biosimilar / specialty launches, ensure commercial launch readiness
- Upscale (specialty) marketing capabilities across SIR countries
- Harmonize (“One Launch”) commercial launch preparation process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the cross-functional launch for next wave of SIR Bio and Specialty launches, deliver best-in-class content, materials, and tools in collaboration with core markets; leverage available country best practices
- Closely collaborate with (global / region / local) marketing, digital and medical teams to bring initiatives to life
- Ensure understanding of market, competition and key treatment trends
- Drive patient and customer understanding
- Collaborate with Market Access to ensure successful pricing and market access strategies
- Actively liaise with Key Opinion Leaders and to shape the environment for Biosimilars of a TA with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Input into SIR portfolio exercise and Bio BD priorities
What you need to bring to the role:
- Business and/or science background and degree is required.
- Fluent English is required and fluency in another International language is beneficial.
- Minimum 5 years specialty medicines commercialization experience.
- Strong marketing background,
- Experience with digital commercialization.
- Local country experience required.
- Prior launch experience required.
- Disease area experience is required in any of the key TAs (e.g. Onco, Immuno)
- Previous experience in Global or Regional role is desirable
- Individual must possess excellent business acumen, external focus, strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
- The individual must demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functionally and with country organizations.
