We are looking for a Head of Digital to lead our global digital strategy and execution across e-commerce, paid media, CRM, and all performance-driven channels - driving growth, customer engagement, and brand consistency.

As Head of Digital, you will be responsible for building and executing HOFF’s global digital strategy to maximise brand presence, conversion, and customer lifetime value. You will oversee e-commerce operations, digital marketing, CRM, and analytics to ensure an integrated, data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention.

You will lead a multidisciplinary digital team and work closely with Brand, Creative, and Retail to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience that aligns with our brand positioning and business objectives.

We’ll give you a deeper look into the role:

1. Digital Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the global digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand strategy.
  • Lead and manage the digital team across e-commerce, paid media, CRM, and digital performance.
  • Ensure consistency of brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor digital trends, technologies, and best practices to keep HOFF ahead of the curve.

2. E-Commerce Management

  • Oversee global e-commerce operations, including UX/UI optimisation, merchandising, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Define and execute initiatives to improve site performance, speed, and customer experience.
  • Partner with logistics, operations, and customer care to ensure a premium end-to-end experience.
  • Drive product launches and seasonal campaigns online.

3. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Lead full-funnel paid media strategy, from brand awareness and traffic acquisition to retargeting and conversion.
  • Oversee campaigns across paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, video, and affiliate marketing to build brand equity and drive measurable growth.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor ROI, reach, and engagement, ensuring optimal budget allocation across channels.

4. CRM & Customer Retention

  • Develop and implement the global CRM strategy to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Lead the management, and optimisation of HOFF’s new loyalty program, ensuring it drives engagement, repeat purchases, and brand advocacy.
  • Oversee email marketing, automation workflows, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Ensure integration of CRM and loyalty data with e-commerce and retail to deliver a true omnichannel experience.

5. Analytics & Optimization

  • Establish and track KPIs across all digital channels (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, ROI).
  • Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimise campaigns in real-time.
  • Conduct regular reporting for the leadership team with actionable insights.

6. Omnichannel & Digital Innovation

  • Ensure seamless integration between online and offline touchpoints, including retail and events.
  • Explore new digital channels and technologies to drive engagement and sales (social commerce, AR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Brand & Creative teams to ensure impactful and on-brand content for all digital channels.

Experience:

  • 8+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce roles, with at least 2 in a management position.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel digital strategies for consumer brands (fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar).
  • Experience in global markets and scaling brands internationally.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of paid media, performance marketing, and growth tactics.
  • Strong CRM and customer lifecycle management expertise.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, BI tools, and data visualisation.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong creative sensibility to ensure brand alignment.
