Alyara Hotels is hiring an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of our debut boutique property — Alyara Riumar Beach Hotel, located on Spain’s beautiful Costa Dorada.

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience rooted in family comfort, halal hospitality, and local cultural charm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest relations)
• Hire and train local team members in line with Alyara brand standards
• Ensure all guest services reflect Alyara’s 3 core values:
• Family Comfort & Privacy
• Halal Dining & Local Cuisine
• Cultural Elegance & Local Soul
• Coordinate pre-opening tasks including SOP setup and team onboarding
• Manage daily reservations, online distribution, and booking platforms
• Liaise with Alyara HQ team for marketing, reporting, and strategic goals
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

• Based in or near Riumar / Tarragona / Costa Dorada region
• Minimum 3 years of hotel operations or management experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Catalan a plus)
• Familiar with boutique hotel culture and personalised guest service
• Experience using PMS, channel managers, or OTA platforms preferred
• Understanding of the halal concept
