You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience rooted in family comfort, halal hospitality, and local cultural charm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest relations)
- Hire and train local team members in line with Alyara brand standards
- Ensure all guest services reflect Alyara’s 3 core values:
- Family Comfort & Privacy
- Halal Dining & Local Cuisine
- Cultural Elegance & Local Soul
- Coordinate pre-opening tasks including SOP setup and team onboarding
- Manage daily reservations, online distribution, and booking platforms
- Liaise with Alyara HQ team for marketing, reporting, and strategic goals
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Based in or near Riumar / Tarragona / Costa Dorada region
- Minimum 3 years of hotel operations or management experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Catalan a plus)
- Familiar with boutique hotel culture and personalised guest service
- Experience using PMS, channel managers, or OTA platforms preferred
- Understanding of the halal concept
