What is the Young Talent Programme?
At Thales, we believe that new generations are the drivers of change, which is why we have developed a one-year full-time internship program complemented by a Master’s training in Adaptive Management and Innovation, delivered by the University-Business Foundation (online).
During your internship, you will be part of the Human Resources team at our Madrid-Leganés headquarters, where you will assist the department in various tasks and projects such as the following:
- Organization and management of the Thales scholarship program
- Support in organizing Talent and Culture events
- Support in internal communication (announcements and communication campaigns, intranet management, etc.)
- Management of vacation and time registration tools
- Support in personnel administration tasks: management of social benefits, vacations and leaves, meal vouchers, etc.
- Preparation of onboarding documentation: employment contracts and incorporation documents, teleworking agreements, etc.
- Support in organizing the Annual Training Plan: needs detection, handling suppliers, managing the FUNDAE process, registration and filing of completed trainings
- General support in department tasks
- And above all, much creativity and launching many new projects.
What are we looking for?

Additionally, we would like you to meet the following requirements:
- Degree or Master’s in fields related to the area: Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, Labor Relations, HR courses and Master’s, or similar
- Completion of all degree/master subjects (with only the final thesis remaining)
- High level of English (at least B2)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Initiative and willingness to learn in an international environment
