Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As a Business Analyst specialized in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you’ll support the modernization of Swiss Re’s identity landscape by improving how internal applications integrate with platforms like Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint.

You’ll focus on identifying integration gaps, assist application teams, and help transition from legacy onboarding to scalable, standardised identity services, working closely with architects, engineers, and product teams to ensure structure, consistency, and governance across the organisation.

What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.

About the team

The Security Team leads all cybersecurity activities across Swiss Re, including engineering, governance, risk, and compliance. Within it, the Workforce IAM teams ensure secure and efficient access to digital services for our global workforce. Our current priorities include simplifying identity services and reducing technical debt by consolidating legacy platforms and improving how applications integrate with IAM. We’re aligning with strategic platforms like Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud to support long-term scalability, consistency, and governance.

We’re looking for a hands-on IAM Business Analyst to support the transition to modern identity services and improve how applications onboard and integrate. You’ll help ensure consistency, support adoption of a standard model, and align with our security and architecture frameworks.

If you're passionate about identity integration and cross-team collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

In your role, you will be responsible for…

  • Support application onboarding to strategic IAM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint)
  • Analyze existing integrations and identify inconsistencies, workarounds, or legacy patterns
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and application teams to clarify integration requirements
  • Help stakeholders understand onboarding expectations and support them through adoption
  • Document integration flows, checklists, and reusable guidance
  • Track progress and risks using Azure DevOps, Confluence, or internal dashboards
  • Contribute to workshops and feedback loops to improve the onboarding experience
  • Support the evolution of integration practices aligned with our architecture and security strategy
  • Assist in migration away from legacy IAM platforms by identifying and transitioning non-compliant integrations
