You support our team as
INTERCOMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE & IEC MANAGER (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Intercompany Management
  • Manage orders placed by Klüber Group companies
  • Confirm delivery deadlines in close coordination with Planning, Laboratory, Shipping, Logistics, and Purchasing (raw materials)
  • Oversee transportation processes including cost/time consultations, delivery delays, and POD (Proof of Delivery) requests
  • Record pricing data in the system based on inputs from the Controlling department
  • Coordinate the shipment of intercompany samples
  • Handle intercompany invoicing processes
  • Prepare internal reports on a regular or ad hoc basis
  • IEC – Import / Export / Customs
  • Ensure full compliance with current import-export and customs legislation
  • Review and maintain documentation for import/export activities
  • Prepare necessary documents for customs declarations
  • Serve as the point of contact for freight forwarders, customs agents, and authorities
  • Manage LTSDs requested by KLM on a case-by-case basis

Qualifications

  • Degree in Logistics, Customer Service, International Trade, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Import & Export operations
  • Proven experience in managing teams
  • Fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
  • Strong IT skills including SAP-SD and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and prioritization abilities
  • Valid driver's license and own car
