Description
As an Intern in Regional Marketing (Iberia – Spain & Portugal), you will be an integral part of our Regional Marketing Team in Madrid, supporting our efforts to localize and amplify osapiens’ brand and solutions across Spain and Portugal. Based in Madrid, you will help drive our digital campaigns, coordinate logistics for marketing events, and tailor content to the needs of the Iberian market.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to deliver engaging campaigns and impactful events while gaining valuable experience in regional marketing and content creation.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting digital marketing campaigns:
- Writing marketing copy and adapting content for Spanish-speaking audiences
- Coordinating visuals (graphics, banners, panels) with the design team
- Uploading content to HubSpot and managing digital assets
- Translating and localizing content from English to Spanish
Assisting in event logistics and coordination:
- Handling logistics for local marketing events
- Communicating with vendors and coordinating shipments from Germany to Spain
- Preparing event materials and giveaways
- On-site event support (if schedule allows)
Adapting and rebuilding content for the Iberian market:
- Identifying region-specific needs and trends
- Briefing and researching market-relevant content
- Drafting new materials to better resonate with local audiences
Your Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- First practical experience in marketing, event planning, or content creation
- Passion for regional marketing and communications, particularly in B2B or tech
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
- Fluent in Spanish with a high level of English proficiency
- Familiarity with sustainability topics is a plus
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot), event coordination, and campaign copywriting
- Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented with an outgoing personality
