Junior Copywriter – Brand & Digital to join our global team in Barcelona.
This is a high-growth opportunity where strategic thinking meets creative execution.
You’ll be working closely with the Head of Brand and cross-functional teams to create
engaging content across multiple formats, from blog posts and brochures to digital
campaigns and sales tools. If you’re eager to develop your skills in content writing,

our brand narrative, supporting our content strategy, and crafting content that
resonates with diverse global audiences. By ensuring consistency, relevance, and
creativity in everything you write, you’ll help position Submer as a leader in sustainable
innovation and digital transformation.
What you’ll do
Content Development & Creation:
- Write, edit, and deliver high-quality content with guidance across various
formats: website, blog, articles, brochures, decks and marketing materials. - Collaborate with designers, product teams and other stakeholders to develop
compelling assets.
Content Planning:
- Maintain the content calendar: propose new ideas, topics, ensuring consistent
delivery and meeting deadlines. - Gather content needs from internal teams to support marketing and sales
objectives.
Content Performance:
- Apply SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized, discoverable and
ranks well in search engines.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine and improve content
strategy. - Contribute to content optimizations and keep an eye on industry trends to
suggest ideas that can improve our content.
Brand Communications:
- Help to ensure all communications are consistent with our brand voice and
positioning. - Assist in drafting key messaging for brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives
to assist in positioning the company as an industry leader. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to support creative development and
brand-building projects.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in content creation.
- Knowledge in WordPress, Yoast SEO, Ahrefs, Google Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Salesforce, Pardot, Microsoft 365, and/or Jira.
- Strong English (Spanish a plus).
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content best practices
- Creative, detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and team player.
