We are a boutique creative agency specializing in high-impact storytelling and experiential design for hospitality and luxury lifestyle brands. From iconic hotels to bespoke culinary ventures, our work brings together narrative, design, and innovation to craft unforgettable brand worlds.
We’re looking for a Junior Creative Director—a rare hybrid of designer, thinker, and maker—who can help shape creative direction with both beauty and brains. If you live at the intersection of luxury, culture, and visual craft, we want to meet you.

- Contribute to the storytelling and art direction of brand narratives, ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints.
- Oversee and execute graphic design elements including logos, typography systems, packaging, and marketing assets.
- Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations to bring environments, products, or concepts to life.
- Leverage AI and generative tools to push boundaries in concept development and prototyping.
- Present creative work internally and, occasionally, to clients with clarity and confidence.

- Strong working knowledge of 3D rendering software (Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp + V-Ray, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly) and an experimental mindset around their use.
- An understanding of materials, finishes, and environments in hospitality and luxury design.
- An analytical eye—ability to read between the lines of a brief and identify both opportunities and inconsistencies.
- Passion for detail, typography, visual composition, and contemporary design culture.
- Strong time management and organizational skills—can juggle multiple projects and timelines with grace.
- A collaborative spirit with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Experience working directly with architects, interior designers, or branding teams in hospitality or F&B.
- Video editing and motion graphics capabilities.
