Job Description:

Assisting in preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting and (consolidated) annual accounts;
End to end booking (AP, AR, GL);
Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual taxes;
Assisting in posting of all business transactions in the general ledger and subledger;
Prepare transfer orders and coordinate to initiate process;
Communicating with customers, accountants, banks, auditors, lawyers, investment managers or other parties;
Manage files (physical and virtual) and share with stakeholders;
General administrative tasks;
Building and growing a strong relationship with internal stakeholders.

Ideal Skills and competencies:

Hold a degree in finance, accounting, or business economics
Boast at least 1 year of invaluable international working experience that sets you apart.
Knowledge/experience in Real Estate accounting is appreciated.
Exhibit a commendable grasp of Spanish GAAP / IFRS.
Knowledge of A3 software is appreciated
Command good English & Spanish language skills, both written and verbal, giving you a global edge.
