  • Responsible for all corporate and legal matters for (group of) client companies.

  • Drafting, reviewing and assessing of standard legal documents such as board/shareholder resolutions, loan agreements, minutes, proxies, etc.

  • Performing a variety of activities for the corporate maintenance of the client company; updating registers and official documents, such as deeds, contracts, certificates, tax registration, etc.

  • Establishing and coordinating the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies; assisting with invoicing, handing over company files.

  • Responding to inquiries on legal/secretarial requests/questions.

  • Researching and resolving clients issues and doubts.

  • Assisting the General Manager with day to day work and working alongside with other team members.

  • Responsible for Debt collection.

  • Ensuring clients are in good standing at all times (Corporate/Legal and AML).

  • Ensuring that appropriate responses and actions related to your clients are taken when requesting information from the Public Administrations (Tax Authorities, Banks, Ministry of Industry, others).

  • Controlling the invoice procedure regarding the different clients and assuring that time writing is correctly recorded.

  • Any other necessary task to complete the team’s output to be reviewed and provided to third parties.


Ideal Skills and competencies:

  • Possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable institution.

  • Boast at least 1 year of invaluable international working experience that sets you apart.

  • Experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Law.

  • Excellent written and communication skills in Spanish.

  • Command good English language skills, both written and verbal, giving you a global edge.

  • Thrive under pressure, skillfully prioritizing tasks and exhibiting flexibility.

  • Embody a hands-on, can-do mentality that's contagious, infusing energy into all you do.

  • Your organizational finesse and structured approach make you the force that keeps things on track.
