Since our conception in 2013 we have grown substantially and we have acquired 3 companies in 3 different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) these last 4 years. In 2022, our growth has been powered by an incoming major equity fund and the world’s largest boating marketplace.

So far, we are opened for business in more than 50 countries and 600 destinations, and we are also a diverse team of 200 employees from 20 different countries.

Our headquarters are based in Paris on a barge moored on the Seine River, and we also have a second office of 100 people based in Barcelona.

Job description

Team:

In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units:

  • Supply: deals with boat owners and make sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
  • Sales: deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
  • Customer Care: represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).

You will integrate the Sales team, a business unit composed of roughly 30 people, strengthened by seasonal employees during the summer.

The sales team operates in several teams specialised per market and each supervised by a Sales lead.

You will also work closely with the Supply, Customer Care, and Finance Operations Team.

Missions:

An inbound Sales role with impact - you will:

  • Manage hot leads autonomously from first contact to closing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for international clients, understanding their needs and guiding them toward the perfect boating experience.
  • Negotiate the best rates with our worldwide network of boat owners to secure tailored offers.
  • Ensure smooth client journeys from start to finish and build long-term loyalty.
  • This is primarily a B2C role, with over 30% of your time dedicated to B2B negotiations and building relationships with business partners for special deals.

You will get a monthly sales objective to reach with associated extra bonus.

  • Competitive salary: 800€ fix gross per month and 200€ gross as monthly bonus based on clear KPIs
    • The bonus is uncapped and you have a x3 booster for each euro closed after your 100%!

Start: January / March 2026.

Duration: 6 to 8 months, full-time. For business reasons, being available in June-July-August is highly valued.

You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month from June to August following a plan given in advance

Preferred experience:

  • You are native or bilingual in German and speak fluently English.
  • The phone is your preferred work tool. You like to share your energy and build trust with clients, while being convincing and committed, in all circumstances;
  • You want to get further training in the Sales field;
  • You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiative and battle for user satisfaction;
  • You are organized and know how to prioritize your tasks.
  • You are interested in scale-up environments; you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services;
