Description of the Department/Project:
Customer Satisfaction & Quality represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entity.
Secure & guarantee the customer needs for all the quality & customer satisfaction concerns
- optimizes the manufacturing processes and helps in developing a unified and strong supplier management.
- integrates supply chain actors and leverages opportunities created by upstream and downstream linkages with a focus on creating value and improving customer satisfaction.
Core process
- Guarantee the application of Schneider quality policy & the respect of customer requirements in terms of technical quality & service level
- Manage the Quality Management System of the entity
- Manage Customer complaints (internal and external): alert, support & escalate customer satisfaction issues (products/ services) if they are not fulfilled
- Manage Logistics quality: It covers quality related activities inside logistic centre and between factories and suppliers.
- Picking, packing, reception processes robustness (as result of implementation of Process Control Chart, FMEA, Poka Yoke…)
- logistic problem management: Issue to Prevention management, using warm loop and 8D cold loop methodologies, with CS&Q related processes
What will you do?
Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement
- Manage customer complaints and returns, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze key quality indicators (KPIs). DCR (Delivery Complaint Rate), NQC (Non-Quality Costs),… and drive improvement actions
- Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving. Using different methodologies such us 5 Whys, 8D/PRB, DMAIC, Lean 6 sigma…
- Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs
- Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application.
- Monitor logistics processes for conformance to control plans and internal customer requirements (internal audits)
- Manage derogations with derogation platform.
- Lead continuous improvement on logistics processes.
- Be a member of the Short Interval Management (SIM)
- Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and PEP), contribute to process/control capability implementation.
- Develop and implementation of SPC activities and implementing new techniques as they become available.
- Develop a new methodology call Quality Fundamentals.

If you are:
- Graduate in engineering
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. French or/and Catalan will be a plus
- Ability to support and/or lead root cause analysis, disciplined problem-solving and decision-making processes
- Ability to solve problems and exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal skills and personal development skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic logistics environment
