Purpose / Mission of the Position
This position holder will be part of a team in charge of the creation and optimization of EMEA marketing automation campaigns, and the successful implementation of local and global ones. Responsible for implementing customer journeys throughout EMEA and optimizing these based on data analysis, so that the marketing campaigns will lead to business opportunities and sales turnover increase.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement/activate local, regional and global customer journeys on the Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua).
- Continuously monitor the customer journeys and analyse their results and support the reporting expert in the team in the analysis and optimization process.
- Based on the data analysis, optimise the customer journeys and content to increase number of leads, conversion rate and sales.
- Cooperate closely with the global, EMEA and local MarCom teams as well as the data analysts.
- Collaborate with the external partner in charge of the localization of campaigns across EMEA.
Requirements
- Degree in digital marketing, e-commerce or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of online marketing instruments and inbound campaigns.
- Experience with a marketing automation tool (preferably Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment and scoring.
- Experience in B2B online marketing and managing campaigns in a multi-channel environment.
- Good understanding of B2B Personas and (digital) customer journeys.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive and implement actions from the analysis.
- Learns quickly and likes to be up to date on current trends in marketing automation and online marketing.
- Used to work independently and self-motivated. Likes to take on responsibility and drive projects.
- Good communication skills and team player in international teams. Language: fluent in English is a must (verbal and written), additional languages preferable.
- Experience in Automation Industry is a plus.
