Ferrer is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Marketing & Market Access team as Marketing Disease Manager for PH-ILD, to effectively lead, define and execute strategic initiatives in PAH products disease-related. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing of Pulmonary Vascular & Interstitial Lung Disease Franchise, the Corporate Marketing Disease Manager leads the corporate brand strategy to be the point of reference in each market by meeting their needs and promoting collaborative work for the fulfillment of individual and collective objectives globally impacting on the company’s value.
Main Responsabilities
- Drive Global Strategy & Brand Leadership: Serve as a core member of the Global PH-ILD Disease Team (Brand Team), leading the development and execution of the global brand strategy and marketing plan. Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordinated stakeholder engagement across all critical functions and decision-making processes.
- Franchise Co-Leadership: Co-lead the Pulmonary Rare Disease Franchise in partnership with the broader marketing team, fostering a unified strategic vision and consistent execution across indications and geographies.
- Lead Global Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing campaigns, including both disease awareness (non-branded) and product-specific (branded) materials. Ensure that all assets comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- KOL Engagement & Scientific Positioning: Co-manage the global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network to strengthen scientific credibility and support stakeholder engagement strategies across markets.
- Brand Performance & Budget Oversight: Monitor global brand performance by tracking key KPIs and ROI, analyzing outcomes of marketing activities, and ensuring effective use of the corporate marketing budget.
- Market Intelligence & Forecasting Support: Identify and interpret global market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to refine brand positioning. Define key forecasting assumptions and support local markets in building realistic sales projections.
- Best Practice Sharing & Cross-Market Collaboration: Aggregate, curate, and disseminate best practices across countries to drive global consistency and local impact.
- Business Development & Alliance Support: Collaborate with Business Development and International B2B teams to support partner sublicensing processes and alliance management with licensors.
- Licensor Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned disease brands with external licensor partners. Lead the strategic preparation and execution of regular business reviews to ensure alignment and shared goals.
- Launch Excellence & Affiliate Support: Partner with local affiliates and external partners to support launch sequencing, strategic planning, franchise event coordination, and the development of localized promotional materials.

What you’ll need to succeed

To excel as Marketing Disease Manager PAH at Ferrer, the ideal candidate should possess the following education, qualifications, and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science
- 5 Years of relevant work experience in marketing (brand or product management) in healthcare or life science industry
- International experience and proven experience in speciality care products, rare disease experience is a plus
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen
- Proficiency level of English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
