Job Overview
Eosol Group is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Optimization of Subcontractor and Tools Management within our NORDEX team. This is a remote role that offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective management and optimization of subcontractors and tools across various Service regions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in project management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, particularly in the context of standardizing and optimizing business processes within advanced applications such as S/4 Hana and OSAPIENS Hub.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management
Lead Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects related to the optimization of subcontractor and tools management. Your role will involve meticulous planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure that all deliverables meet the expected timelines and quality standards.
Stakeholder Alignment
Coordinate with Key Internal Stakeholders: You will serve as a bridge between various teams—specifically, the Local Business (regional Service teams), Global Business (central Service Operations), and the Information Technology & Organization (ITO) department. Continuous communication and alignment with these stakeholders are crucial for the successful execution of business strategies.
Requirements Analysis
Collect and Analyze Global Requirements: This role involves gathering and assessing requirements from all Service regions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying the areas where optimization can be achieved.
Business Process Documentation
Translate Requirements into Documentation: You will be responsible for converting the gathered requirements into formal business process documentation. This includes the creation of future-state (To-Be) process flows that will guide the implementation of optimized processes.
Workshop Facilitation
Organize and Moderate Working Sessions: You will facilitate discussions with stakeholders to validate the proposed processes and define actionable solutions. Effective collaboration during these sessions is key to ensuring that all voices are heard and that the solutions developed are effective and practical.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, process optimization, or a related field.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in S/4 Hana and OSAPIENS Hub applications is highly desirable, as it will be crucial for managing ongoing projects and aligning resources efficiently.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable business processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
