Job Specs:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Architect to lead the design and implementation of Compensation modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and aligning system functionality with compensation strategy.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Compensation Workbench, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts is essential.
The candidate will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments.
Experience with global rollouts and end-to-end implementations is highly preferred.
