You will be part of the Payroll Department at Vestas Mediterranean, providing support in payroll management for Spain and, if possible, Portugal. This is a great growth opportunity, as the position has the potential to evolve into a Lead Payroll role depending on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Full management of the payroll process in companies with a headcount of at least 1,000 employees
- Oversight of all types of compensation policies
- ERP management, with knowledge of SAP/SFSF and/or SuccessFactors
- Participation in system implementations and process optimization
- Knowledge of Portuguese payroll (preferred)
- Coordination with the Labor Relations team to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Punctual payments and post-payroll reporting management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll management in multinational environments
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Intermediate to advanced English (test will be conducted)
- Advanced Excel skills (test will be conducted)
- Previous experience at one of the Big 4 in compensation and payroll areas
Location & Key Information:
- Office based on Calle Serrano Galvache, Madrid
- Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times
- First interview via Teams, followed by an in-person interview and Excel and English assessments
