Realistic 3D Environment & props Artist (mid-level)

Minimum requirements

• A degree in Arts and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience,
• A professional portfolio showcasing a wide range of environment artwork,
• Expertise in 3D modelling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender,
• Experience in Unreal Engine 5, including newer technologies like Nanite and Lumen,
• Advanced texturing skills using tools like Substance painter, Zbrush, or Photoshop,
• Strong English level >B2 (written and spoken), for seamless collaboration and documentation,
• Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills.

Desired requirements

• Affinity with technology and/or golf,
• Experienced in working in an internationally operating organization,
• A critical eye for realistic graphics, showcased by artwork in your portfolio.

Duties

• Create high-quality photoreal 3D environments, including landscapes, nature and props,
• Ensure artistic consistency and quality across all assets and environments,
• Optimize assets and environments for performance without compromising visual quality,
• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges with our technical team related to environments and visual fidelity,
• Deliver work on time and according to schedule,
• Provide clear communication to the Art team members and actively collaborate with the entire production team to ensure alignment with the project’s vision and scope.
