Responsibilities:
Engage with private and business clients via phone and email
Understand customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions
Follow up on warm leads – no cold calling!
Confidently upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services
Track and achieve sales goals with a target-driven mindset
Accurately document customer interactions and share insights
️ Build long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients
Requirements:
Native/fluent in Dutch, with solid English communication (B2+)
️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and systems
Previous sales experience is a plus – but not required
Interest in sales, printing, or creative industries is a bonus
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented team player
