What you will be doing as a Salesforce Administrator
- Application Management: Manage and optimize our Salesforce environment based on business requirements.
- User Support: Provide support to end-users during their use of internal applications.
- Testing: Conduct acceptance tests and provide feedback to colleagues.
- Monitoring: Monitor the environment to ensure optimal performance.
How will you do this?
- Perform technical analysis on business queries.
- Evaluate options critically before developing no code/low code solutions aligned with best practices.
Present your solutions in a non-technical manner to colleagues. - Set up necessary reporting to monitor processes on the platform.
- Develop a testing framework to ensure the quality of deployments and the overall environment.
Your skills and mindset to start at Protime
- You enjoy tackling complex questions with your analytical and critical thinking skills.
- You can work independently, organized, and flexibly within a dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce with several years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of CPQ or Revenue Cloud is a big plus.
- Comfortable with SOQL and SQL queries
- Experience with setting up and performing tests on Salesforce platform
- Given the international context, we expect a perfect knowledge of English. Knowledge of any other language (such as Dutch, Spanish, German, …) is an asset.
