About the Role

Hello! We're looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Barcelona. This role is a vital part of our growth, as you'll be the first point of contact for our potential clients. Your mission will be to generate and qualify new business opportunities in the Retail, Grocery, and Banking sectors, helping us expand our presence across Europe and Latin America.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, sales tools, and events.
  • Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for our Business Development Specialists.
  • Research target companies and key decision-makers to craft personalized outreach.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, accurately tracking activity and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Consistently hit KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated.

What we're looking for in you

  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (SaaS or enterprise sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native or fluent in English and Spanish or Italian (additional languages are a plus).
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated by results, commission, and career progression.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools like Zoho or similar.

Extra points to shine

  • Proficiency in other languages such as French or German.
  • Previous experience in the Retail, Grocery, or Banking sectors.
