Senior After Sales & Service support (HVAC)

What you will do
As a nationwide HVAC Technical Pre-/After-Sales Support Specialist, you will support our sales team and work closely with partners and internal departments.
- Provide technical advice and support to our partners on-site and remotely (product selection, documentation, after-sales inquiries).
- Train and coach partners on new products, warranty handling, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop targeted training and support measures.
- Conduct factory training sessions together with our customers at one of our production sites.
- Collaborate with partners, product management, service, and sales teams to identify training needs.
- Communicate with partners about services provided and system optimizations; promote additional sales.
- Participate in “Voice of Customer” sessions to develop customer-oriented service offerings.
- Support other departments with projects such as training packages, sales strategies, or process optimizations.
Your qualifications:
- Technical knowledge in HVAC (e.g., chillers, heat pumps, terminal units, air treatment).
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings, as well as HVAC installation, operation, and maintenance requirements.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC field is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/365, ideally Visio or AutoCAD.
- Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical content clearly.
- Problem-solving skills and experience in training and coaching (remote and on-site).
- Customer-oriented, open-minded, and forward-thinking mindset.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%, mainly within the DACH region).
