We have partnered with a global FMCG powerhouse which has a reputation for innovation and development. As part of this contract we are looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of recruitment for Operations roles globally, working closely with Hiring Managers, Business Partners, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer and onboarding.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and colleagues.
- Understanding hiring needs through regular check-ins and planning discussions.
- Ensuring a smooth and timely process by meeting SLA targets and improving KPIs (e.g., time to screen, shortlist, and offer).
- Meeting annual hiring goals.
- Driving direct sourcing strategies and minimizing agency usage through referrals and proactive talent engagement.
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers and aligning on next steps.
- Advising on talent market insights and adjusting sourcing strategies as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring process compliance.
Who We’re Looking For:
- We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a global or matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and advise.
- Experience hiring for Operations or Supply Chain roles is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment metrics.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
