Role and Responsibilities:
- Unload and sort merchandise upon delivery arrival
- Assist in processing all inventory movements between store and distribution
- Works with a sense of urgency, making decisions that help meet needs of business
- Maintains a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring sizes and styles are represented
- Prepares merchandise to go out onto the sales floor
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management or Supervisors
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 6 months experience
- Regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Exudes a friendly and positive demeanor
- Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights of usually 5-20 pounds
- Assist with additional operational tasks
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $22.00. The hourly rate of pay is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
