We are looking for a Stock Manager (6-month temporary mission – paternity leave cover) with a passion for upholding operational standards and processes to join our Marbella Boutique.
The job of a Stock Manager is to support the boutique management and sales team with accurate inventory and ensuring that the flow of goods into and out of the boutique and after sales services are handled in an effective and optimized manner. You understand how to uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to the client. The position is expected to be highly organized and must have a strong attention to detail to ensure that all company security policies concerning shipping, receiving, and corrections of inventories are being followed.

Participate in the creation of the CHANEL experience
  • Search for solutions to streamline the activity in the boutique and ensure collaboration with other areas of the boutique.
  • Contribute to stock organisation.
  • Develop a good knowledge of all product lines in the stock.
Contribute to CHANEL's performance
  • Ensure proper management of incoming and outgoing flows of products, receipt of deliveries, verification of delivery notes, invoices and goods.
  • Oversee the smooth progress of product transfers between boutiques and be the contact for external carriers.
  • Participate in the organisation and follow-up of rotating inventories by product family and in the annual inventory.
  • Manage quality returns, control credits and reminders, and set up quality control and inventory management.
  • Participate in the deployment of innovative projects related to the inventory business. Listen to operational and business needs, know how to analyse and report improvement points and be proactive in action plans.
Team management
  • Coordinate all activities and promote collaboration by ensuring the exchange of information.
  • Ensure that the team has a good understanding and deployment of the Maison's strategy.
  • Support the team in achieving objectives and ensure performance reviews and individual meetings.
  • Ensure that the team masters internal procedures.
  • Contribute to the planning of the shop's activities and resources (relay planning, time tracking, lunch breaks).
  • Accompany and support the team in carrying out daily tasks.
  • Develop and deliver reports.
Position Requirements
  • Inventory management professional with technical skills.
  • Able to deal with unforeseen events and seek solutions.
  • Proactive, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Organised, rigorous and versatile.
  • Sensitivity for Fashion and intercultural openness.
  • Fluent English is required.
