HUGO BOSS is looking a Stockista for our Store Boutique HUGO BOSS located at Paseo de Borne 1, Palma de Mallorca.
- 35 hours per week. From Monday to Friday.
- Fixed shifts: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Two consecutive Days off.
- Inmediate incorporation.
- Permanent contract.
What you can expect:
In your role as a "Stockist," you will be responsible for all warehouse operations to optimize the retail business and enhance the efficiency of the sales process, driving commercial success.
- Responsible for managing and moving physical stock, as well as maintaining the overall stock flow and storage process to improve and accelerate the customer experience.
- Management of product flow between the warehouse and the sales floor.
- Support in all loss prevention operations.
- Competent use of business systems and the latest technology.
- Drive the use of all available tools and ensure that procedures are executed and policies are followed.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehouse environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs.
- Competent use of business systems and the latest technology.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
