Support Technician

We are looking for an On-Site Support Technician to provide service at IB Salut (Menorca) to cover a paternity leave (5 months).

Functions

• Resolving incidents, queries, and requests that cannot be resolved remotely from the first multi-channel line.
• On-site support for users on client computers (hardware and software).
• Ensure the continuity of technological services in the healthcare field.

Requirements

• Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science or Telecommunications, or three years of demonstrable experience in a similar position in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in resolving technical hardware and software issues.
• Capacity to provide direct service to the end user.
• Availability to work on site (Menorca).

Valuable aspects

• Knowledge of the healthcare environment.
• ITIL Certification (Foundation).

Work modality and schedule

• Modality: in-person
• Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
