What you’ll do
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from initial briefing and job design to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Design, implement, and refine scalable selection processes that improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hire, ensuring they are aligned with our evolving business needs.
- Champion data-driven decision making by analyzing Talent Acquisition metrics; translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize our hiring success.
- Lead proactive direct sourcing and headhunting initiatives uto build a robust pipeline of passive and active top-tier talent.
- Build and manage strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and drive alignment throughout the search process.
- Manage and optimize relationships with external suppliers (e.g., recruitment agencies, job boards) to ensure value for money and adherence to our employer brand and quality standards.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a fast-paced multinational corporation and a high-growth startup environment.
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian is essential.
- Specialization: Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting for technical IT/Engineering roles (e.g., Software Developers, DevOps, Data Engineers).
- Sourcing Prowess: A master sourcer with demonstrated success using innovative direct sourcing techniques, with advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
