TITLE: Talent Acquisition Specialist

REPORTING TO: Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition

TYPE: Full-Time, Hybrid
In this role, you will assist the global Talent Acquisition team in filling open positions across our offices in the EMEA and North America regions, spanning our commercial, product, operations, and development teams. You will utilize various channels to actively search for potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in identifying our hiring needs and ensuring that our vacancies are filled with outstanding candidates who align with our organization's principles and objectives.
How will you make an impact:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand open positions, recruiting needs, and align recruitment strategies with the company's goals.
- Drive innovative and diverse sourcing initiatives to identify, assess, and build a network of qualified candidates across various platforms and channels.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for key roles within the organization, ensuring a seamless, equitable, and positive candidate experience.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers through bias mitigation, calibration, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Utilize data analytics and industry knowledge to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve recruitment processes and pipelines.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent.
- Incorporate inclusion strategies into sourcing and hiring processes to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure recruitment practices align with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with HR and hiring managers during the onboarding process.
Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across various roles such as technical, sales, engineering, support, analytical, and product-based positions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively represent the company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Proficiency in time management, sourcing techniques (e.g., social recruiting, Boolean search strings), and utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of documenting processes, keeping up with industry trends, and utilizing behavioural-based interviews for candidate evaluation.
- Proven negotiation and sales skills, adaptability to changing needs, and a self-driven, detail-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English is a must.

- Global Financial Markets/Fintech experience a plus.
- Greenhouse experience a plus.
