What you will do:
- Lead the development and execution of an integrated global communication strategy to effectively promote the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand;
- Collaborate with marketing, communication, and advertising teams to attract top talent across diverse markets, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and mission;
- Design and implement targeted programs to attract and engage various talent segments, including students, graduates, experienced professionals, and specific populations (e.g., DEIB targets, alumni). Drive innovative approaches to attract talent at different career stages;
- Oversee the creation and management of global talent pools to proactively identify and engage potential candidates for current and future needs, utilizing data-driven insights and market intelligence;
- Lead the development and implementation of a global recruitment strategy to attract top talent through referral programs, rehires, and diverse channels. Design and execute an internal mobility strategy that supports the movement of talent within the organization, optimizing skill utilization, career development, and succession planning;
- Develop and execute an effective global onboarding strategy that integrates new hires efficiently, providing necessary resources, training, and support for early engagement and alignment with organizational goals. Implement a comprehensive offboarding process to ensure a positive exit experience, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment, and talent management. Apply innovative approaches to enhance the organization's competitive position in the talent market.

What are we looking for:
- Minimum of +10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a demonstrated ability to attract and retain diverse talent
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for recruitment events, meetings, and other job-related activities as needed
- Passion for talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent management, with a customer-centric mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
