As a Technical Consultant intern in the Project Management and Technical Consulting team of the Banking & Payment Services department, you will have 2 main objectives:
Become a Technical Consultant and Project Manager:
- Learn about Thales DIS standards, products, processes, and tools
- Gather the functional and technical needs of the client, analyze them, and formalize them into specifications for the development teams
- Coordinate the client and internal teams to implement projects within the specified timelines
- Meet the commitments made to the client (deadlines and delivered services)
- Customize and validate cards using internal simulators
Improve the quality and efficiency of projects through process and tool improvements
- Analyze internal processes and propose improvement plans to management
- Provide support to internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Sales...) when needed
- Prepare reports for management
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telematics or similar.
- To have completed all the subjects of the degree/master's degree (except for the TFG/TFM).
- High level of English & Spanish (oral & written).
- Interest in innovation & project management.
- Soft skills: good communication, analytical skills and dynamic & rigorous person.
What does the Talent Programme consist of?
At Thales DIS España we believe that the new generations are the drivers of change and, for this reason, we have developed a one-year full-time internship programme that we will complement with a Master's degree in Productivity, Adaptive Management and Innovation through the Nebrija University (distance learning).
