The Job Role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our international technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a software company with a global presence. You will support basic IT and technical tasks while learning from experienced professionals.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the technical support team in managing incoming support tickets.
2. Perform basic troubleshooting tasks under supervision.
3. Assist with documenting procedures and user guides.
4. Support the setup and maintenance of equipment and software.
5. Learn to use remote support tools and internal systems.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Currently enrolled in formal education in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
2. Ability to sign an internship agreement between the company and your university or educational institution.
3. Interest in technology and willingness to learn.
4. Good communication skills in Spanish.
5. Advance written and spoken English level (B1+) – enough to read documentation and interact occasionally with internal team members.
6. Proactive, organized, and eager to develop professionally.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to SQL Server, IIS, or virtualization (academic or project-based).
- Experience with support ticketing systems or remote tools.
